மு (mu) — noun

1. adj. [contrac. of மு or மூன்று.] Three, third–used in combination. Most of the compounds may be referred to திரி.

• முக்கடுகம்–முக்கடுகு — Three spices, as திரிகடுகம்.
• முக்கணன்–முக்கண்ணன் — [lit. three-eyed one.] An epithet of Siva, சிவன். 2. Vinayaga, விநாயகன். 3. Virabadra, வீரபத்திரன். (சது.)
