The world of the gods, தேவலோகம்.–The four kinds of பதவி, bliss, are:
சரலோகம், in a place with god
சாமீபம், near to god
சாயுச்சியம், identity with god. அந்தப்புண்ணியவானுக்குநல்லபதவிகிடைக்கும்....... That virtuous man will get a good heaven
பதவிசேர–பதவியடைய — To attain an inferior state of bliss.
பதவிநீங்க — To remove from one state to another, as a soul at the expiration of its merit, or demerit.
பதவியேற்ற — To raise one to a higher world.
