தலைமை
- leadership, management ஒரு காலத்தில் பருப்பொருளை உணர்த்திய சொற்கள் பிற்காலத்தில் நுண் பொருளை உணர்த்துமானால் அந்நிலை நுண்பொருட்பேறு ஆகும். "தலை" என்று ஓர் உறுப்பைத் தெரிவித்த அச்சொல், பிற்காலத்தில் "தலைமை" என்ற பொருளையும் - அதாவது நுண்பொருளையும் உணர்த்தியமை குறிக்கத்தக்கது.
