சித்திரகரணம் — One of the five கரணம். See கரணம்.
சித்திரகவி — A curiously wrought poem. See திரிபங்கி. There are different kinds as–இரதபந்தம். A poem in the figure of a car. கோமூத்திரி. One written in the form of inter-linked curves. சதுரங்கபந்தம். One in the form of squares. சுழிகுளம். Verses written in a winding manner. நாகபந்தம். A poem in the form of intertwined snakes, &c.
சித்திரக்காரன் — A carver, painter.
சித்திரகூடம் — An ornamented or painted room, or hall with pictures, –as சித்திரசாலை.–Note. This term is applied to the temple at Chillumbram, and a mountain in Bundelcund where Rama abode in his exile.
சித்திரக்குள்ளன் — A cunning or shrewd dwarfish person. (c.)
