, கிறேன், ஆக்கினேன், வேன், ஆக்க, v. a. To cause to be, create, effect, make, உண்டாக்க To cook, to mature. to accomplish, சமைக்க To raise one from obscurity, want, distress, danger, கைதூக்கிவிட. It is frequently joined with nouns to form compound verbs, as குணமாக்குதல், &c.; [ex ஆ, v.] ஆக்கல்–ஆக்குகை–ஆக்குதல் — Making, creating, &c., உண்டாக்குகை.

(caus. of ஆகு) make, effect, cause to be, உண்டாக்கு cook, சமை change, convert, மாற்று make prosperous elevate, உயர்த்து ஆக்குகிற வீடு — a kitchen. ஆக்கும் — is used as a suffix to verbs to express probability, perhaps. அவன் வந்தானாக்கும் — he has perhaps arrived. அது அப்படி இருக்கிறதாக்கும் — the thing is perhaps so. ஆக்குவிக்க — to cause to make or boil.
